John Steinbeck was a great author and wrote books like; Of Miced and Men, The Grapes of Wrath and East of Eden. If you aren’t a reader you have still probably heard of these titles as they have been made into movies with a few versions over the years. The National Steinbeck Center (NSC) is a museum located in Salinas, California, the birthplace of Nobel Prize-winning author John Steinbeck. Since its opening in 1998, the NSC has served the community, region, and nation by enhancing awareness of Steinbeck’s works and ideas as well as the value of the written word.
